Shipping Policy – Ginger Glow

Orders are processed within [2–5 business days] unless otherwise noted.

To help protect the integrity of our products, all orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. This allows your package to move through transit without sitting over the weekend in warm conditions.

Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. Ginger Glow is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because many of our products are sensitive to heat, we take extra care when shipping during warmer months. We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

Ginger Glow is not responsible for melting or heat-related damage once the package has been delivered.
